Statement
The Mountain View Computer Lab strives to
allow students to:
¬
access,
search, and acquire information using CD-ROMs, the Mountain View Local Area
Network (LAN), and on-line resources
¬
evaluate,
edit, manipulate, and organize information using spreadsheets, databases,
word-processing, drawing, and graphics programs
¬
present and
communicate information using appropriate multimedia applications and on-line
resources in an expedient, efficient, and creative format
¬
work
ethically, independently, and collaboratively with diverse and changing
populations both within the classroom and school, and beyond - across school,
state, national, and international boundaries.
